Tony Gwynn Gelato – THCa Small Buds (Light Assist Category)
The nose is pretty earthy mostly, not exactly my favorite. Not as strong as I’d like, either.
Smoke is a little bit harsh on the inhale.
But, effects wise, it’s fire, a heaavvyyy indica. It’s got me relaxed and moving in slow motion when I’m not couch locked.
Overall, this one was kind of a rollercoaster for me. I opened the bag and saw the sticky frosty buds, liked what I saw. Then, the nose had my expectations lower, but it wound up being a winner đ¤ˇââď¸ especially for 14/7. I’d definitely grab this one again!
The 8ths came individually vacuum sealed, and the second i opened this ones seal, the smell came rushing out. it’s loud, with a really good lemony, fruity dank nose. It’s one of those jars that I just keep opening purely to smell it. Even when the smell is the same, it’s like glass just makes it better.
It hits me like a pretty even hybrid, gave me a nice bit of energy but with enough relaxation to keep it steady. Starting my morning off on a good note today!
Lineage: Sunset Sherbert x Gelato #41 x Super Lemon Cherry Gelato
Nose is very strong lemon cleaner, heavy on sweet, slightly sour citrus, with almost a hint of a floral windex. This is one of my personal favorite terpene profiles, reminds me of some old school lemon based strains that I donât really see anymore. This scent is similar to LITâs Bangkok Purple, if youâve ever had that one before. Itâs a loud one as well, the scent really rushes out of the bag when you open it. The smell translates to the flavor, too.
The bag appeal isnât quite as great as other supremes in my stash, but the nugs are still very pretty and have a nice trichome coverage.
The cure is great, some of these trichomes are looking amber, and the flower is sticky. Itâs a bit harder to break up, just feels like some good sticky icky.
Iâd describe the high as gentle, calm and happy. Itâs not too extreme or overwhelming, it probably wonât make you anxious. I’d say itâs a good one for beginners. It leans indica, seems good for a lazy day watching movies, or even for combination with a shroom/lsd trip. Itâs uplifting and calm, but still gentle and chill enough that it might not overtake your journey from the other things.
Another good term for this kind of buzz would be grounded. Iâm feeling great; relaxed and happy, but very much still here on earth and within my body, as opposed to some strains that might send you to space. Great for being productive as well. Overall a nice, tasty strain that I would probably bring to a hangout with friends.
Lemon Cherry Belts (Rainbow Belts x LCG) is some of the strongest, best smelling flower I’ve gotten from LIT, and I’ve been buying from them weekly for over a year now. This shit is some LOUD. Like a sour cherry type of Gassy smell, i just keep sniffing it!
Nice moist nugs, broke down a bowl by hand and my fingers got so sticky and caked up I could hardly finish that way.
LIT Farms is the original breeder of this strain, which is something I absolutely love to find in this market. It’s certainly a rarity!
This one hits me like a sativa dominant hybrid. Gets me feeling happy, lightweight, and creative. A very uplifting feeling, while quieting any pain in my body. Good for a sunny day outside!
Black Runtz has a strong citrus and cream nose and flavor. The nugs feel great, and squish perfectly between my fingers. It’s not dry, and bounces back beautifully after squishing.
It gives strong, indica heavy effects for sure. Im not gonna lie, I was almost uncomfortably elevated after taking the hits for this video, and it’s been a long time since that’s happened. This one is a heavy hitter for sure.
Strawberry Horchata– Strawberry Horchata is a potent hybrid strain, blending Strawberry Cough with Horchata (Jet Fuel Gelato x Mochi Gelato.) The scent is strong strawberry cream, and the flavor really brings out the gelato again, with a creamy vanilla taste. Absolutely delicious strain.
Nugs are beautifully cured, perfectly sticky and moist, and break up great. Effects are very potent, it really brings out the uplifting effects from the strawberry cough, as well as the relaxing effects of a gelato strain. Just a perfect hybrid for just about any occasion or time of day.
