  • LIT Farms: Smalls – QP Haul – Rankings, Reviews – Best Essential Small Bud Strains

    I grabbed a quarter pound of 4 different essential tier, ‘small bud’ strains from LIT Farms.

    Of the 4 strains I grabbed, 3 were pretty great for the $35/oz price tag. Only one was a miss, that I wouldn’t grab again. 75% success rate isn’t terrible for such deep budget flower, in my opinion.

    So, here are the strains I got, in order from most favorite to least favorite.

    #1: Runtz

    Runtz is my absolute favorite of this haul, I can’t even believe it’s in this category. The nugs look amazing, they’re perfectly moist, the nose is LOUD & dank, & the high is nice, strong & exactly what I expect from Runtz, an awesome hybrid effect.

    If you get any smalls options, I would definitely recommend this one first!

    #2: Pink Pluto

    Pink Pluto is my second favorite. The nugs are a little bit dry, but the smell is fantastic & strong, and the bag appeal is great. A solid, indica dominant high.

    #3: Garlic Sauce

    Garlic Sauce is my third favorite. Nice bag appeal, surprisingly moist & sticky, but not much nose on this one. Decent hybrid effects, not the most potent, but a decent daily driver.

    #4: Blue Andies

    Blue Andies is the worst of this haul, by a long shot. Big nugs, but they look disgusting; old and super brown. The smell is even worse, with a certain gross mildew scent to it. I’m not going to try this one.

    Overall:

    Of the four ounces, the only one I wouldn’t buy again is the Blue Andies, for obvious reasons. The other three really surprised me for the price, and I would grab them again for sure.

  • Purple Octane – LIT Farms THCa Flower Review

    This strain is a cross of Biscotti x Sherb BX1 x Jealousy F2. Opening this bag, I was met with an earthy/diesel smell. Definitely not a muted bag!

    Love the high on this strain, which makes me feel very relaxed, yet uplifted. It is definitely more of a creeper strain. As you smoke, you feel it slowly settling in, making your eyes lower and more red as time goes on. This is the perfect strain for anxiety, insomnia and pain.

  • Black Runtz – LIT Farms THCa Flower Review

    Black Runtz has a strong citrus and cream nose and flavor. The nugs feel great, and squish perfectly between my fingers. It’s not dry, and bounces back beautifully after squishing.

    It gives strong, indica heavy effects for sure. Im not gonna lie, I was almost uncomfortably elevated after taking the hits for this video, and it’s been a long time since that’s happened. This one is a heavy hitter for sure.

  • Bangkok Purple – LIT Farms THCa Flower Review

    Bangkok Purple is an incredibly potent sativa flower, bred originally by LIT Farms. The citrus/cleaner terps are absolutely wild, and so strong.

    This is the perfect strain for a wake n bake, going to work, going on a hike, or any task requiring focus or creativity. I may be a bit biased in this review, as these terp profiles are my absolute favorite from when I was out in California. This is what I associate with great flower, and I’m so happy to have found it online.

    Bangkok Purple high will hit you pretty quickly, rushing into your brain with a tingly stimulating mental energy. A light sense of calm and relaxation accompanies this mental boost, keeping you in a place of zen no matter how high your energy levels soar.

    This one gets a solid 10/10 from me! In my top 2 favorite strains I’ve ever had, in my 15+ years of smoking.
