    Lineage: Z x (Afgooey x Larry OG)

Nose on this is amazing. It’s like it’s half sweet/fruity, and half earthy/gassy. it hits like a straight indica.

I’m amazed with this one, it knocked me right out a couple nights ago. Super relaxing, very stoney and has a heavy body load. I don’t notice any back pain at all with this. I grabbed this and pink grapefruit, and that one is a nice sativa, but this one is a KILLER Indica. Feeling lifted and blessed 🙌

  • The Ruby Twist Ball Vape (From VgoodiEZ) – Pros & Cons – My Thoughts After One Year

Use Code Buddy10 To get it for $180 at VgoodiEZ.com!

I was just about to load a bowl in my Ruby Twist, and realized I’ve had this thing for about a year now, so I wanted to share my thoughts on it now that some time has passed.

I was a little bit nervous before buying this, for a couple of reasons. One is that I had tried a dry herb vape before, the Arizer Solo 2. As someone who was ripping bongs all day every day, the Solo 2 didn’t do much for me. It was a slow, soft hitting, session vape that just never got me where I wanted to go, unless I took a tolerance break first. That experience kept me away from the Ruby Twist for way too long, before I realized I was totally wrong, and this thing hits HARD, but more on that later.

The second thing I was worried about was set up and maintenance. Maybe some of you guys can relate, but ball vapes intimidated me a lot when I first looked into them. I thought they’d be complicated to figure out, and maybe even require upkeep, like cleaning the rubies or changing a coil, the way you would on a nicotine vape. Once again, I was wrong. That’s why I made another video showing the unboxing/setup of this device, it’s so much easier than I expected.

So, now that I’ve been using this thing just about daily for the past year, here are the biggest pros and cons I’ve noticed:

Pros: My lungs feel healthier. This is the biggest reason I bought this vape, and probably what I like most about it. daily smoking felt like it was starting to put stress on my body. Sometimes I’d have coughing fits, or pains in my lungs, or a little too much phlegm in the morning. Those things all went away, pretty much entirely, in the first few weeks of using this. It’s been years since I could breathe this deep and clear, and I didn’t even fully notice how much smoking was impacting me like that until I switched. I spent $180 on the Ruby Twist, and it feels like I’m saving myself much more than that in future medical bills alone.

And saving money brings me to my next point, Efficiency. I only put 0.10 to 0.15g of flower in the ruby twists titanium bowl, and it lasts longer and gets me higher than 0.40g of the same flower in my regular pipe. I’m no scientist, I don’t know how it works exactly, but this thing really seems to give you every single cannabinoid that must just be wasted in combustion.

Stronger Highs! As I mentioned in the last one, this genuinely gets me feeling higher than combustion does. It really makes the flower feel more like a dab experience, I love it. A tiny bowl of this tickles my brain more than a big gram+ blunt would, it’s wild.

Flavor. You really get to experience the terpenes in your flower. I hear a lot of people say that all weed tastes the same, which just isn’t true if you have a vape! Now if I smoke again, it all just tastes like smoke, but with this ruby twist, I could do a blind taste test and tell you which strain I was hitting.

Fast heat up & you can use any bong you want. I bought the ‘Cell’ bong, because I like how I can just let the heater sit comfortably on top, but you can use any glass water pipe you have!

Cons: When vaping several times a day, every day, I seem to get more cottonmouth. I’m not positive why it seems worse than with smoking, but I definitely need to drink more water, especially between and during sessions.

I need to clean the glass I use it with pretty constantly, hitting it daily. It gets a fair amount of gunk built up inside of It after about 10 bowls, which really impacts the flavor. Luckily, it’s super easy to shake a little isopropyl alcohol and salt around in it to get it spotless again.

The heat element! When it’s on, you need to be careful to not let anything touch it, and it stays on for at least an hour, depending on how long you program it to stay on.

Overall, I can’t believe how much of a lifechanger this vape is, and I’m very thankful for it. I would have spent much more than $180 on this thing, for sure!

  • Pink Grapefruit – LIT Farms THCa Flower Review

Pink Grapefruit Lineage: Cinderella 99 x Burmese Kush

Cinderella – Jack herer x Shiva skunk – sativa effects come from here, probably!

First thing I notice about this strain is the nose. It’s got a hint of citrus, but mostly a sweet, fruity smell to it. It’s not the typical fruity weed smell you might expect, though. This one reminds me of something more tropical, like papayas. Reminds me of some Superboof cuts I’ve had in the past. Overall, I like it and it’s a strong smell.

The nugs are a little bit dryer than I usually get from LIT, but not so dry they crumble or anything like that. They’re still moist enough to see the trichomes stretch apart when I rip open a nug, and still rolls up well in a joint. The scent translates perfectly to flavor, even in a joint.

And the high definitely hits me like a sativa – a very happy, euphoric, motivating and uplifting buzz. It’s strong, but not even a little overwhelming or tiring. Perfect for getting some work done or going out during the day.

I rolled up a tiny joint of this, and it burned perfectly. Nice white ash, and had a good amount of resin building around the cherry. I’m very happy with this strain. Maybe I’ve just been on a sativa kick, but I’m loving these effects. What are some of your favorite sativa strains? Thanks for watching and take care.

  • How I Pick The Best Strains From LIT Farms: My Personal Buying Guide – Good Picks Every Time!

Save $$ @ LIT Farms by Clicking Here!

Today, I was about to look for some strains to buy from LIT, when I realized that maybe I should make a video, showing every detail I look over before buying a strain from LIT, to make sure I get the best flower possible, according to my preferences.

To start with, I always buy Supreme flower for smoking. I’m okay with buying essential tier for making edibles or other products, but personally, I enjoy smoking the highest quality flower I can find, and luckily I’m in a position to afford it, so I only smoke that. Essential and preferred will still be good enough, if you’re looking for budget bud, but I personally am not.

I check for strains and lineages that I know I enjoy, and if I don’t know one, use a site like leafly or allbud to learn about them.

Then, I check the COA’s (Certificates of Analysis – Lab Reports) to find one piece of information; who grew this strain/where it came from. I exclusively buy strains that were grown by LIT Farms themselves, as I know they have a long, solid history as a seed bank and cannabis grower for legal, medical cannabis markets, going back years before the THCa market was even here yet. There’s nothing wrong with Fresh Bros or any other supplier, but I personally am here for the LIT flower.

If the COA says LIT Farms, I’m good to go! Thanks for watching, and let me know what your process is!

    #1: Bangkok Purple

-One of my favorite terp profiles of all time. This scent smacks me around in the best way, straight lemon, pine cleaner type smell. The high is one of my favorite, ever, enveloping you with euphoria and happiness, along with energy and motivation to get out into the world. This one is always one of my top favorite strains of ALL TIME, let alone from LIT.

    #2: Trainwreck

-This one has a great, pine-forward, gassy scent, and absolutely punches. The potency on this one is crazy, hits immediately (like a train crash) and takes every piece of your body and soul straight up.

    #3: Gelonade

-Has a nice fruity, tropical kind of smell to it, with a smooth, euphoric, relaxing sativa high that still leaves you with motivation and energy.

Today I’m taking a look at Gelonade by LIT Farms.

Lineage is Lemon Tree x Gelato 41.

This one has a nice smell to it, one that really reminds me of grapefruit. There’s some citrus in there as well, but somehow grapefruit dominates, in my opinion. Translates pretty well to taste, too!

These nugs are super dense and not very sticky, but they’re definitely not dry, either. They do break down nice and easy.

High is an awesome sativa feeling, to me at least. Euphoric but relaxed, heady tingles, and just very motivated. This one doesn’t take me out of the game at all, I can keep working or whatever I’m doing without even thinking about it. Seems pretty good for socializing as well!

Overall, I’m pretty happy with this one! If you watch my videos, you may know I’ve been in desperate need of a good sativa, and this is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for watching! Let me know how you like this strain!

  • My Top 3 LIT Farms Flower Strains – Three Of The Best, Must Have Strains Of 2025 (Effects & Flavor)

Save $$ @ LIT Farms by Clicking Here!

Today I’m showing off my top 3 strains from LIT Farms. This is based entirely on my personal opinion, and I’m really just using a blend of criteria for all of this; effects, flavor, scent, terp profile, etc. Just judging them based on which are MY personal top 3!

My 1st place, number one best strain from LIT Farms is definitely Pineapple Zoap. (Video Review Here)The terp profile just agrees with me perfectly, it’s incredible! The scent, flavor and high are all exactly what I want in a flower. A delicious, sour, gassy pineapple citrus scent and flavor, combined with a very happy, calming, stoney high. Some of the best top shelf, dispensary grade flower I’ve ever had right here.

My 2nd place, number two top strain from LIT is Fight Club. (Video Review Here)This one is the most potent strain I’ve gotten from them, with a nice sour citrus nose. It’s a pretty unique hybrid high, that’s both energizing and relaxing at the same time. Highly recommend this one for an experienced, high tolerance stoner looking to get smacked in the face!

My 3rd place is LIT OG. (Video Review Here)This one is LIT’s most classic strain, bred and grown by them originally. The nose is heavy on pine and citrus, like a classic jack herer. It’s a strong indica, very relaxing and smooth. Great for a night time, sleepy kind of vibe.

  • Taking a Tolerance Break: Tips, Tricks, & How I Put My Herb Consumption On Pause

Before I get into this, here’s a little background on me: I’ve been smoking herb in various forms for about 15 years now, so my body and mind are both incredibly used to all the effects of THC.

In my earlier years, taking tolerance breaks was a very difficult thing for me. I believe this is because I was young, depressed, had worse diet and exercise habits, and was just generally unhappier in life. Much like the Rat Park Experiment, when my life improved in general, it became much easier to put things like herb down for a while.

Everyone is different in this regard, and it also boils down to the length and intensity of your own herb habit. This is entirely based on my personal experiences, yours may vary!

When Is It Time To Take A Break?

Maybe you have a concrete reason to take a break, like dental work, applying to a new job, legal issues, or maybe you just ran out. Personally, I know it’s time for a break when I just can’t seem to get high anymore. No matter how many edibles I eat, how many bowls I vape, or how many blunts I smoke, I’m just not getting where I want to be. Maybe a little tired, but definitely not high.

Other times, if I’m smoking a little bit too much, I can feel my brain start to get a bit frazzled. Maybe I’ll be a bit more on edge than usual, a little more anxious. Too many thoughts in my head, not enough processing. I believe this is my body telling me it’s time to take a break from the herb, so I do. Maybe there are other factors at play during those times, but those breaks always help me regain some mental clarity.

What Are The Withdrawals? How Long Do They Last?

These are my biggest issues when withdrawing from herb. The short term ones last ~10 days, for me. The long term ones can last for months, depending on my habit.

    Short Term:

    • 1. No Sleep, Night Sweats & Intense Dreams: Night time is where my withdrawal gets the worst, by far. I’m basically an insomniac for about a week or two, When I do manage to get any sleep, my dreams are insane. I don’t really remember my dreams at all when I’m smoking, and they come back with a vengeance during breaks. Sometimes they’re even nightmares, or sleep paralysis. Then, dreams or not, I’ll wake up drenched in a cold sweat. Happens every time I stop smoking. Starts getting better after 5-7 days, fully fixed within 2 weeks.
    • 2. No Appetite. Eating becomes hard. Rather than hunger or fullness, I mostly just feel nausea. I’ll force myself to eat little meals regardless, because obviously I have to, but it just feels gross. This one starts getting better after about 3 days for me, and then basically gets back to normal.
    • 3. Restlessness. I’ll feel a little bit anxious, tense, jittery, my thoughts will be racing, and I won’t be able to focus on anything. This one only lasts 2 or 3 days for me, but it makes it hard to get past those first few days!

    Long Term:

    • 1. Boredom. After the short term effects, this one usually becomes the hardest part, for me. Those initial symptoms might be mostly gone, but my brain will still be getting used to finding fun and stimulation without herb.
    • 2. Phantom Highs. I’m not sure what it is, maybe THC being released from my fat cells, but I’ll randomly feel high throughout my day for a solid month. It seems most common in the morning, or when getting my heart rate up.

    Things That Help Me:

    • 1. Filling My Time. (Reading, Hobbies, Work, Errands, etc)

The more of my time and brainpower that I can fill up, the better. That means I have less time to sit there thinking about how much I want to smoke some herb. So, in the first few days of breaks, I’ll be as productive as I can possibly be. I’ll go for a run in the morning, shower, get some work done, read a book for a while, drive over to some stores and check them out, run some errands, and spend as much time with hobbies as i can. I’ll play guitar, paint, make a collage, skateboard, anything. It’s a good chance to catch up on things I may have fallen behind in, and at this point, focusing on anything besides herb is a win.

    • 2. Exercise.

Exercise gives me a natural buzz, fills up my time as I mentioned earlier, and gets the dopamine system back on track. Herb releases dopamine, so when we take a break, our body isn’t producing as much as we’re used to. Exercise is a great way to get my dopamine levels back to a regular level, much quicker than without exercising. It gives a natural, calming buzz that completely takes my mind off of herb and the slight edginess that comes with taking a break. It also helps me sleep better during withdrawal, the more tired out I can get my body, the better I’m gonna sleep.

    • 3. Drinking Tea. (Replacing Flower Rituals)

As a big flower guy, grinding the herb and packing a bowl is a big piece of my daily rituals, and becomes something I miss when I’m on a break. So, I’ll find ways to replace it. My favorite is tea; The process of boiling water, picking a tea,  steeping it, and slowly drinking the warm cup is a great ritual replacement for me. It gives me a replacement to almost every part of the herb experience.

    • 4. Journaling

Journaling helps me with two main parts of withdrawal; the cravings and the mental tension. If I’m craving a smoke, I’ll write down exactly why I want to smoke, what I think it will accomplish for me, what other ways I could accomplish that, and how I’m making a better decision for myself by waiting to have that smoke. I’ll even start before my break, journaling about my lack of high, and general dissatisfaction with smoking, and Reading this back can help my cravings as well. In a more standard way, if my mind is a little scattered or tense due to the withdrawal, journaling is a great way to get my thoughts in order and feel a bit better. It brings a bit of calm to what can feel like a storm.

    • 5. Tracking On Apps ($$)

When I take a break, I’ll download a habit quitting app. I use one that shows me how long I’ve gone, and exactly how much money I’ve saved in the process. Seeing that dollar amount go up and up is a great motivator for me to keep it going. I like to take the money I save, throw it in it’s own savings account, and then treat myself to something nice after the break.

    • 6. Switching up media (No weed music/shows/movies)

I don’t know about you, but a LOT of the music that I listen to has lyrics about herb. Hearing that just makes me want to smoke, so I switch it up as much as I can. I generally try to avoid any media about herb during the break, even subreddits related to it.

    • 7. Ingesting CBD oil

CBD OIL specifically can help bring me some calm when the break gets me feeling a little tense.

    Things That DON’T Help Me:

    • 1. Substance Switching (Ie; Drinking)

I see this as a common tip; Just drink beer every night instead! I don’t like to do that. Aside from that being a slippery slope, I just enjoy challenging myself to total sobriety. I feel that I can’t achieve what I want to with the break, if my brain is still clouded by some other substance, no matter what it is. But again, this guide is just what helps me personally, I won’t judge you if you have some drinks or whatever to get yourself through.

    • 2. Sleep Aids (Melatonin etc)

In a desperate attempt to sleep during these breaks, I’ve tried every over-the-counter sleep aid I could. Most of them seemed to have either no effect, or do the opposite and just make me even more restless. So instead, I’ll just bare through the first few nights and accept that I just won’t be sleeping much. I’ll still try, but I know I might be staring at the ceiling for a couple hours.

    • 3. Smoking CBD Flower

CBD oil helps me, but smoking cbd flower does the opposite. If I smoke some cbd, it’s like I have the flavor, feel and ritual of herb, but the effects i’m really searching for just aren’t there, which makes me crave some regular herb even harder. This isn’t to say CBD doesn’t have it’s uses for some people, but when I’m on a break, I just want the buzz that I’m used to, and smoking CBD makes me miss it even more. So, I’ll just not even mess around with it.

    Coming Back To Smoking:

So, you’ve made it to the end of your break. What now? Personally, I try to come back smoking as little as possible, to maintain the benefits as long as possible. If I start immediately wake n baking, and smoking all day long, it quickly feels like I never took a break at all. All that effort and time for nothing!

Instead, I like to ease back in to it as much as I possibly can. It doesn’t always work out like I want it to, but ideally when I come back, I’m only smoking in the evenings, after finishing everything in my day. No wake n bakes and much more moderation, so that I can continue to enjoy having a low tolerance and feeling as buzzed as possible off of my herb.

    Conclusion

I get the best results by choosing to dig into life, rather than sit around focusing on how much I want to smoke.

    Lineage: Permanent Marker x Soap

The nose on this one is mostly gassy and skunky, with just a touch of floral lemon in the background. Smells a little bit chemically, almost like smelling an actual sharpie.

The cure is okay, not exactly my favorite, but not bad at all. Nugs are pretty dense, not super moist, a little bit sticky, but not as sticky as most bags I get from LIT.

That being said, this one really hits. The potency is not lost at all, it’s a very strong high. After vaping a bowl, I had to take a minute to sit down and let an entire cold sweat pass over me, I was not expecting to get so blasted at all. That feeling quickly turned into a very relaxing high, everything slowed down and I could just feel a smile forming on my face.

To me, Sharpiez feels perfect for staying in all day and getting lost in some good movies or books. I feel like I could really focus on a movie right now, and I definitely don’t feel like doing much else after that bowl. I don’t think I COULD use it for much else with how hard it hits me 😂

The nose on this one is great, nice and strong. Pretty heavy on the gas scent, like strong fuel with a decent amount of a sweet, blueberry citrus cream in the background. It’s definitely delicious! The taste shows off more of the creamy, sherbet side of things.

The high on this one is extremely creative! 3 hits in and my brain was just flooded with new ideas for all sorts of different artsy projects and things I now want to get done. It is a VERY nice buzz, in my opinion! Very calming, uplifting and just fun feeling. This one also got me feeling very chatty. I’m usually a pretty quiet person (if you couldn’t tell from my style of video 😂) but this strain had me so invested in a conversation with my family. this one would be great for anyone with social anxiety, or maybe people finding themselves in a creative slump. It’ll get that spark right back!

Nugs are just about perfectly cured. Nice and sticky, trichomes stretch apart, and it lasts a nice long time in both the vape and a regular old bowl. Overall, I’m very happy with this strain, and it’s definitely my new go to for anything that requires creativity and a calm focus. Thanks for reading, and happy smoking!
